THE BACKGROUND

Community Fibre was founded to deliver services to multi-dwelling units (“MDUs”) and social housing estates, where enhanced, gigabit-capable internet connectivity has helped open new opportunities to these communities. With a rapidly growing network that currently covers over 435k homes and businesses, Community Fibre is now one of the leading altnets in London. NDIF’s investment, alongside co-investors Warburg-Pincus, DTCP and Railpen, will enable Community Fibre to deliver ultrafast internet access to over 2.2m homes and businesses by the end of 2024.
