The scheme benefits from a blend of carefully-designed, well-proportioned homes in a rural location. Each resident has access to a communal lounge area, games green and tended gardens.

Located in Balsall Common, dwelling types include apartments, town houses and bungalows. Residents have access to a service and support including a weekly clean of their home and refuse collection, and an on-site village manager, who deals with resident issues and organises social events. All residents have access to ongoing 24/7 domiciliary care support.

The scheme is funded and delivered by the Amber Infrastructure, which oversaw construction and delivers estate and wider village services to the scheme’s residence post completion.
