The buildings are the Central Division headquarters, together with an operational police station, offices and bespoke force-wide scientific support and major incident units. The 32-cell custody suite provides centralised detention facilities for the Central Division.
Mitie provides hard and soft facilities management services. The project concession will expire December 2028.
Project revenues are availability-based.
The public sector commissioning body was the North Wales Police Authority.
