US Solar Fund plc (USF) invests in a diversified portfolio of solar power assets in North America and other OECD countries in the Americas.
The Company is listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange and aims to provide investors with attractive and sustainable dividends with an element of capital growth.
Amber is the Investment Manager and is responsible for investment origination, ongoing asset management and fund management.

The Company acquires, develops and/ or constructs, owns and operates solar power assets that are expected to have an asset life of at least 30 years and generate stable and uncorrelated cash flows by selling electricity to creditworthy offtakers under long-term power purchase agreements (or PPAs).
USF’s portfolio consists of over 40 projects across four US states with a combined capacity in excess of 400 megawatts (MWDC). Its assets are fully operational, and power offtake agreements are in place for 100% of generation with creditworthy counterparties.
Amber Infrastructure Investment Advisor, LLC, a member of the Amber Infrastructure Group was appointed as USF’s investment manager from 1 December 2023.
