Laureate Gardens – Later living
Laureate Gardens – Later living
An independent living scheme for the over 55s that was delivered as part of new Health Campus in the centre of Henley on Thames.
About
Laureate Gardens is a carefully-restored Grade II listed building with new, purpose-built independent living apartments, with a range of lifestyle possibilities for residents. Each dwelling benefits from generously-proportioned living spaces with private and communal exterior areas.
The scheme is funded and delivered by the Amber Infrastructure development team, which oversaw the construction of the scheme, and delivery of estate and concierge services to residents once the construction was completed.
