THE BACKGROUND

toob is a provider of fibre connectivity services in Southampton and other semi-urban towns across the South of England, building and operating its own full-fibre network. With a rapidly growing network, toob is well-positioned to become a leading urban Altnet across the South of England. toob has a highly experienced management team, being founded by Nick Parbutt (CEO) and Mike Banwell (CFO) who previously led Vodafone’s UK FTTP and mobile operations and strategy, and is further supported by a network of industry veteran senior advisors.

toob has passed over 65k homes and businesses, with NDIF’s investment enabling toob to deliver ultrafast internet access to one million homes and businesses by 2027.
