THE BACKGROUND

Noel Baker School is a 1,552-place secondary school for pupils aged 11 - 16 co-located with St Martin’s, a SEN school for 80 pupils aged 11 - 18.

The schools formed part of the ‘Building Schools for the Future’ Government initiative.

The operational concession will expire in August 2037.

Project revenues are availability-based.

The public sector commissioning body was the Derby City Council.
